Need help with sizes or how to look after organic clothes?
Size Guide
Need some help choosing a size? If you are not used to buying for babies, choosing the right size can be a little daunting. Especially when manufacturers label their clothes in different ways. We have tried to make things easier for you by displaying the manufacturer’s size guide on each product. In general however, the best way to look at it is by both age and size, but if you are buying a gift, the age range is usually sufficient.

Washing Guide
Bamboo and organic cotton clothing is durable by nature. It is the chemicals on conventional fabrics which break down fibres making them wear out quicker than organic fabric. Always refer to the labels you find on your items to extend the life of the special qualities these fabrics hold. In general, high heat can affect the fibres resulting in shrinkage or affecting the shape, so where possible:
- wash before wear. Organic fibres do not undergo a bleaching process meaning natural oils and wax still coat the fibres when they reach you (as well as being passed through many hands)
- machine wash in cold (bamboo/organic cotton) or warm water (organic cotton)
- use eco-friendly or gentle detergents
- do not use bleach or use other harsh agents
- allow to line dry, flat dry on a clotheshorse or air tumble dry (bamboo/organic cotton) or tumble dry on low (organic cotton)
